How we work
No intervention lands well if it arrives sideways to how your organisation already plans, budgets and reports. Engagements run in four stages, each with a named output, timed against your quarterly rhythm.
01
We start with what you already know – survey data, culture assessments, exit themes, incident patterns – and confirm the actual need with the people closest to it. You receive a written statement of the need as we understand it, in your language, before anything is proposed.
02
The intervention is designed with your stakeholders, not delivered at them – which units, which container (residential, one-day, cohort programme), which cases tailored to your context, and how success will be evidenced. Signed off before delivery.
03
Immersive, case-based, and deliberately unlike the training your leaders have learned to sit through. Facilitated by the practitioners named on every programme – credentials published, methods documented, wellbeing and escalation protocols in place.
04
The weeks after are structured, not hopeful: integration support for participants, agreed follow-up points with your sponsor, and reporting against the measurement design agreed in stage two – aggregate, never individual.
Entry points
HBA Growth Axis™ – an anonymous, case-based audit of the conditions your people decide in, and the usual first step for an organisation. A one-day professional learning experience to meet the work first-hand. A residential immersive – the Serpent Path for women leaders, the Whale Path for senior leaders – where deeper change is warranted. Or a co-designed cohort programme inside your organisation. Discovery is always the first conversation, and it is free of obligation in both directions.
