The gap between regulatory theory and what leaders live on the ground remains vast. Off-the-shelf solutions cannot close it, because no two organisations share the same people, the same story, or the same wound.
Burnout is not a personal failure. It is a governance risk; one that carries category 1 or 2 liability. When we locate the issue inside the individual, we miss the ecosystem that surrounds them: the culture, the structures, the unspoken rules that shape how people actually experience their work.
